One of my special interests is working with women of all ages and the number of issues that face the modern woman today. Areas where Kinesiology can help with promoting physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic health are:
- Fertility – are your trying to conceive or preparing for a baby?
- Pregnancy, preparing for a safe and smooth labour
- Breast feeding support, postnatal recovery
- Hormonal imbalances
- Menopause
- Menstruation and PMS
- Body issues (including eating disorders and appreciating your own beauty)
- Postnatal depression and anxiety
- Gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis and thrush, and cancers of the uterus, cervix and ovaries
- Osteoporosis
- Work-family-life balance
- Sexuality and sexual health
- Family
- Relationships

Throughout my quest for good health and well being – inside and out, I have tried many different mediums of healing. Bowen therapy, Feldenkrais, Osteopathy, Massage etc. All have merit and have helped me for various things, but none so much as the medium of Kinesiology. Difficult to describe, I find Kinesiology to be the only healing medium that gets to the root of the problem (and also one of the only therapies that doesn’t always require repeat visits for the same issue!) Whether it be a physical, mental or emotional issue, as long as you are open to working on yourself, Kinesiology works.
Since my interest in Kinesiology I have been to several practitioners, and even an introductory course myself. Kate Pamphilon is by far and away the most gifted practitioner I have found. She is truly passionate and dedicated to this medium of healing. She does not let her own judgments interfere in her work. She is approachable, kind and gentle, and best of all has natural healing ability.
My life has dramatically changed for the better since working with Kate. I am more balanced and connected to myself, and much more able to deal with life’s challenges as they come. I am healthier, happier and very grateful!
I highly recommend Kinesiology as a medium, and Kate as a practitioner, to anyone seeking real solutions to real problems.
